Compensation Analyst (Leave Coverage)


Location: Glendale, CA (On-site)
Duration: ASAP through Sept 2026

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to provide coverage for a leave of absence on our HR team. This role will support compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and modeling for corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market pricing for corporate roles
  • Prepare and analyze compensation models and salary structures
  • Manage and interpret compensation data using advanced Excel
  • Support compensation cycles and related HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of compensation analysis experience
  • Strong expertise in compensation benchmarking and market pricing
  • Demonstrated experience supporting corporate (non-field) functions
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including modeling
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Compensation

  • Expected pay range: $39-$48 per hour
